About Us​

Jesse received his BA degree from Albion College in 1975 and completed his Master’s work at Kent State University. He received his Post-Graduate Certificate in Physical Therapy from the Ohio State University School of Allied Health Services in 1977. He and his family moved to Alliance that year and he worked for Alliance City Hospital until 1980, when he opened his own practice, White Physical Therapy Services, LTD. He has been a volunteer Athletic Trainer with the Alliance High School sports teams for 39 years. He has been affiliated with the University of Mount Union Athletic Training program as a clinical instructor, and is beginning a new chapter as a clinical instructor for the new Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2017. He is also affiliated with Stark State University as a clinical instructor for the L.P.T.A. program. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association for 40 years. He has been providing excellent services to Alliance and the surrounding community for 40 years!

Joshua is a life-long resident of Alliance. He graduated from Alliance High School in 1993 and then graduated from the University of Mt. Union in 1997. He received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, Florida in 1999. He has been very involved in the Alliance community over the years. He has had an integral part in putting on the 4th of July fireworks display for 18 years. He played baseball at Mt. Union for 3 years, and he has run the University of Mt. Union Merchant’s Baseball League for 12 years. He has coached baseball at the collegiate and youth levels. He played football at Mt. Union and was on the first National Championship Team in 1993. He currently coaches his son’s Little Aviator’s football team. He has been on the church council at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and has taught Sunday School for over 10 years.

Joanna grew up in Alliance, graduated from Alliance High School in 1991, and graduated from the University Of Mount Union in 1995. During those years, she worked at White Physical Therapy and volunteered with her father at Alliance High School as a student Athletic Trainer. She also volunteered at Pegasus Farms for 6 years. She was the 1992 Alliance Carnation Queen and enjoyed that year representing the city of Alliance. She received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 1997 and worked as a physical therapist in both Ohio and Florida until she joined the family Business at White Physical Therapy in 2006. She has three children and enjoys volunteering her time at School with their academic, athletic, and choral events. She has been a Girl Scout leader for 5 Years. She is on the board of Stable Solutions, a new non-profit group to help veterans.
